Kendal was looking for a set of versatile ads that could be customized for any of their many retirement communities. Ads should convey the warmth and strength of the brand–inspired by the Quaker tradition and built on strong faith and values–while still being general enough to work for many different communities. These ads would be customized with different logos and interior pictures through an online portal.
We also implemented a corporate intranet to catalog the stories and experiences of staff into a database for advertising and inspiration.
